Inflammation, What is it?

Inflammation is our bodies way of protection and healing. Normal inflammation is recovering from an injury, infection or a bug. However when our immune system is out of balance, inflammation can get out of control and cause us more damage and no healing occurs.

What causes this? The toxins in our environment, our food - processed, highly refined, surgery foods that has replaced our normal foods, stress, food intolerances, sedentary lifestyle and many more.

How do we fix this? By eating an anti-inflammatory diet, exercise, replace toxic cleaning and personal products to natural organic products, decrease stress, exercise, and work out what foods your body is sensitive to.

Next Step: Work with a practitioner to help you get onto an anti-inflammatory diet that is Bioindividual and addresses YOUR health concerns.
